OUR PRODUCTS

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, [because our Products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a small tolerance

The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

CARE 

I recommend sweaters are washed by hand and never tumble dried. 

If machine washed, I recommend washing inside out, using a laundry bag on a cool hand or wool wash setting. Reshape whilst damp and dry flat. Keep washing to a minimum to ensure your sweater looks its best for longer. Be careful to avoid Velcro, hooks or anything similar that could snag the sweater or embroidery. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each item is one of a kind, hand embroidered and made to order and therefore slight variations may occur. 
For this reason I am unable to accept returns or refund or replace items based on font, colour or size. Therefore please contact me prior to ordering if you have any questions and I will be more than happy to help. It is at the upmost importance to me to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order!
